The aim of the project is to create eudaimonic environment in the framework of existing city blocks of Husovice in Brno. Simple interventions and minimal means are used to create environment which allows it´s inhabitants to live complex and fulfilled lives.

This bachelor’s thesis is dedicated to team cooperation and personal development in construction company. Characterizes the team leadership through finding common sense and defining values based on Golden circle. Describes current trends in the labor market, which meet both companies and also people. There is the research survey by understanding interview in the empirical part supplemented by current research on this topic. The aim is to theoretically define the topic, perform empirical research, analyze and propose solutions.

The Personal Motif

In my bachelor work I focus on intimate communication. I am interested in the moment of detection and in a simple question: What makes sense? I'm interested in everyday situations and in a human body, which I display in different social situations and personal dialogue - with the audience, work, and man. The main motives of my drawings are personal stories that remind familiar stories, and transmit such information, which audience accepts and transforms in its own way. Important is a constellation of people and things, and also attitude, a gesture that creates the story. I mix reality, dreams, ideas, and questions - choosing aspects I tend to think about, that touch my feelings or that I fear. Equally important is the installation, where a personal space for watching drawings will be kept.

the essence of photography in the digital age

The diploma thesis solves the question of photography not only from the point of view of a work of art, but as a part of a cultural code. Photography in the digital era has the potential to become a new kind of visual language. From this perspective, the photographic universe reveals several essential questions, which we address here. These questions explore topics such as: historical development of images and text, the difference between traditional images and technical images, the cultural impact of mass production of digital devices and photographs, the essence of photography as a symbol from the point of view of semiotics and logic, the difficulties of deciphering photography, the linguistic aspects of digital photography or the meaning of photography in virtual (public) space. Due to the nature of the monitored topics, the work will address problems mainly related to language, logic, epistemology, human freedom in the context of man/device and marginally also semiotics.

Meaning in the Context of Existential Hagiotherapy

The aim of this thesis is to describe meaning in the context of Existential Hagiotherapy and to answer the following research question: How do hagiotherapy participants experience the existential meaning? The first chapter reflects the chosen topic for the context of social work. It draws on a discursive conception of social work and a typology of the interrelationship between spiritual and professional discourse (see appendix A.1). This thesis is based on the belief that hagiotherapy belongs to spiritually sensitive social work. The second chapter focuses on the trends of existential therapy. It points out the considerable differences between the different trends, but also the similarities that can be found between them. In particular, three specific trends are important for this thesis, namely existential psychotherapy according to I.D. Yalom, logotherapy and definitely existential hagiotherapy. The third chapter deals with the meaning of life and shows how individual philosophers see it. Firstly, the different perceptions of the so-called higher or cosmic meaning and its influence on human freedom are pointed out. Thinking in Hannah Arendt's conception

The thesis is an essayistic exploration of Hannah Arendt's thinking, with the central aim of naming the specifics of this thinker's thought, her sources of inspiration and her conception of thinking itself. The thesis attempts to clarify in what ways Arendt's way of thinking may inspire. The starting point of the thesis is her conception of the vita activa and the vita contemplativa, where the distinction between these two lives serves as a starting point for exploring the soil of the spirit. In relation to spiritual activities, the main purpose of the thesis is then to clarify the uniqueness of inquiry in Hannah Arendt's conception and to highlight the inherent nature of thought. The thesis outlines why it is important to inquire after thought itself and suggests the grounds for why Hannah Arendt acts like that. The thesis seeks to show how we are in the world through thinking and how practical reason is the defining factor in today's society. The thesis culminates in the importance of questioning in the process of education. What is Phenomenology? The Inevitability of the Clash between Husserl and Heidegger

Based on the explicit Husserl-Heidegger polemic, which concerned the ''Phenomenology'' entry for Encyclopaedia Britannica, my thesis captures conflict between the two protagonists precisely when it becomes direct. Tracing the main issues of their dispute, I will firstly demonstrate that the conflict is not a consequence of mutual misunderstanding, but rather a disagreement coming from the core itself of their respective theories. It could therefore not have been avoided. Secondly, I will show that the leading intentions of both traditional versions of phenomenology are not only irreconcilable, but essentially contradictory.
